About the event
The theater performance, organized by the City of Dunkirk’s Senior Citizens’ Initiative, invites people ages 60 and older to discover the importance of social connections and the benefits of group activities for healthy aging.
→ Theater performance (3:00–6:00 p.m.)—a play exploring mental health among seniors.
→ Discussion session (after the performance)—an opportunity to learn more and sign up for wellness workshops and activities.
The welcoming atmosphere of the Georges Bizet Auditorium promises an enriching evening for participants.
