Alkern, a member of the Holcim Group, is opening its doors for guided tours of its precast concrete production facilities.
→ 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.: an overview of the manufacturing process
→ 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.: a presentation on innovations in decarbonization
→ 2:00–3:00 p.m.: Workshop on adapting to climate change
→ 3:00–4:00 p.m.: Q&A session with engineers
Meet at the Alkern reception desk, rue de l’Helle, 59279 Loon-Plage. On-site parking available. Reservation required. Open to youth ages 16 and older accompanied by adults; appropriate attire is required. The tour route is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
