The Chartreuse de Neuville is hosting a training day dedicated to facilitating collaborative projects. Are you a project manager or project leader, or have you already led multi-stakeholder projects? Come discover strategies for engagement, mediation, and establishing a solid foundation, and develop your skills as a facilitator while enhancing your team’s agility and resilience. → Facilitating Collaborative and Multi-Stakeholder Projects – 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The workshop takes place in the welcoming atmosphere of the Chartreuse, with a dedicated space for co-designing frameworks and rules for participatory and responsible governance.
