At Place Quentovic, the Halloween Costume Contest promises a festive atmosphere for children ages 3 to 12. → 3:00 p.m.: contest for ages 3–5 → 3:00 p.m.: contest for ages 6–8 → 3:00 p.m.: contest for ages 9–12 Participants will have the chance to show off their costumes to a panel of judges and win prizes.
