A dinner show dedicated to chicory, organized by Chef Didier ROUTIER of Marette Traiteur. → A musical and comedy show by “Sans Charlie” featuring Rita DERAILLE (vocals, guitar) and Nat KIMCOLE (vocals, piano) at 7:30 p.m. → The Coulogne Horticultural High School is participating in the cultivation of eelhead chicory roots. The dinner will take place in the Offekerque community hall; reservations are required and must be made by September 30.

Opening of the Oil Mill

Saint-Folquin

Hugues and Liliane HOCHART, farmers and rapeseed growers, process part of their harvest into virgin first-cold-pressed oil for seasoning and cooking. This oil is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and is one of the lowest in saturated fats, helping to lower cholesterol. It is packaged in 25 cl and 50 cl bottles, available in local grocery stores and supermarkets. The retail outlet is open every second Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., nonstop.

"Chicory: Let's Cook!" Fair

Discover the only event 100% dedicated to chicory! On October 11, head to Saint-Folquin, 207 Place Maurice Lambert, for a day of tastings and discoveries. Meet the chicory artisans, sample chicory-based products, and watch cooking demonstrations by professionals. Children can also participate in cooking workshops led by professionals.
